All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders are shipped only after successful payment confirmation.

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders
- A nominal charge may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

Delivery Delays

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.
NavDevi is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. In case of failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, we request you to be available at the time of delivery. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation.

Currently, NavDevi does not offer international shipping.
